RS deputy chief rejects Opposition notice for no-confidence against Dhankhar

Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh on Thursday rejected the Congress-led opposition notice moved to bring a motion of no-confidence against Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar, calling it severely flawed and moved in haste to mar the reputation of the second highest constitutional office.
